1. Human resources
We employ the lecturers who has been teaching in Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (about 700 persons) so we can mobilize the human resource appropriate to project's property.
The structure of workforce:
- Conpany Council: 05 persons
- Board of managers: 03 persons (1 director, 2 deputy director)
- Administrative Department: 05 persons
- Experts: Many professors, associate professors and specialist lectures with a lot of experience in their fields.
- Specialist Staffs: They are graduates and postgraduates, which are main human resource working fulltime in the departments.
